Depending on your needs, I may integrate EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches — combining or shifting methods as your treatment progresses.

  • I offer trauma-informed individual therapy through secure telehealth. We’ll create a calm, nonjudgmental space to explore what you’re going through, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your sense of safety and resilience.

    I support adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety and chronic stress, depression and emotional overwhelm, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship or attachment challenges.
