Therapy length varies based on your goals, needs, and the type of concerns you’re working through. Many clients notice meaningful progress within 8–12 sessions, while others choose to continue longer for deeper or ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in together and adjust the pace as needed.

Most clients attend therapy weekly or biweekly, especially at the beginning. As progress is made, sessions may be spaced out based on your needs and preferences. We’ll collaborate to find a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable

I currently accept Aetna, Cigna and private pay. I am getting crendital with other insurances - currently pending. I may also be considered out-of-network for other plans. Please reach out if you have questions about coverage.

Therapy through Kindpath Therapy is not appropriate for emergencies.

I have over 10 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, working across inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient care, medical environments, and telehealth. I am EMDR-trained and have worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.
